User Accounts

- Bookmarks
- Study history
- Teacher/student review data
- Audio playback preferences
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems or APIs
- Abuse, overload, or disrupt services
- Reverse engineer protected systems
- Distribute malicious software
- Use the app to spread misinformation or deceptive religious content
- Upload unlawful or abusive content
Intellectual Property
QuranRecite software, branding, design, and original content are owned by QuranRecite unless otherwise stated. Certain Quran text, audio, translations, fonts, and metadata may be provided by third-party licensors including Quran.Foundation and EveryAyah. Users must comply with the applicable licenses and attribution requirements for third-party content.

We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.
Offline Downloads
Downloaded Quran audio and metadata are provided for personal educational and study use within QuranRecite.
Users may not redistribute downloaded copyrighted audio or metadata in violation of applicable licenses.
Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
Features, APIs, or integrations may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued at any time.
Disclaimer
QuranRecite is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous uptime
- Error-free operation
- Complete accuracy of third-party content
- Permanent availability of APIs or integrations
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuranRecite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of QuranRecite.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to QuranRecite at any time for:

- Abuse of services or APIs
